Noland Field
http://thenewsherald.com/stories/02...050202011.shtml The ceremony will be at 3:30 at the baseball diamond. The band will perform the national athem and take me out to the ball game. They are taking donations, I believe. We all remeber Mr. Noland. My parents had him as a gym teacher. I would have, but I never had a gym class. (And nobody start a debate about me taking a gym class. ) It will be on channel4 and it would be nice to have a nice turnout.

Re: Noland Field
I was there and it was a great turn out. The weather couldn't of been better. I left the office just to be a part of the ceremony. Coach Noland was like a father figure. We remained in contact until the end. The band didn't play "take me out to the ballgame" though. That would of made it Perfect!!!!!!! |

Re: Noland Field
It was in the paper a couple of days ago i think. But I didn't see a news crew like promised. But we ere in the backfield and couldn't see much. *Oh and I am required to take a gym class, marching band (which develops your muscles and actually makes you work-out) waives my gym credit.* |

Yes, we did! Maybe you just didn't hear it. By the time we started playing, I think that the crowd had settled into some chattering. |
