the bike shop has registered a group in the parade, anyone who wants to ride with us is welcome, you don't have to have an old bike or a custom bike, just a bike, we meet on the street next to murry's at 11:30, parade starts at noon, if you don't want to ride, come to watch, look for me on the ice cream bike, i will be passing out flags, ask me for one. the theme this year is red, white, and blue see you there bicycledon |

Where was Council President Kandes? He did not march with the Mayor and Council in the Parade. He was not in the Reviewing Stand with the Mayor and Council either. Why didn't Mr Kandes attend the parade? Bad enough Councilman Vaslo used the parade to hand out campaign tokens. I am losing my patience with these two.

Last year peanuts, this year tokens? Didn't anyone explain to this guy that he should not be campaigning at the parade? Totally unprofessional. Same as Kandes not showing up. I did see Ed Z. He parked right in the side of my house.

Last year the peanuts were passed out during the Cruise, not at the parade. Last year Councilman Vaslo left before the parade was over. |

I was very pleased to see that the LPHS Marching Band actually wore uniforms this year. They looked great and sounded great too.
