Cudo's to Mr. Vaslo
For voicing his opinion about Monroe Bank and the property they backed out on. I think it's wrong even if there is an opt out clause. It shows bad business and now, I am thinking of closing my daughter's savings account there now if is true. It's wrong!

Re: Cudo's to Mr. Vaslo
I wonder if anyone at the City has called and discussed this with the 2 property buyers? Maybe offer to help in some way? We need to know if anyone in the City is interested in making any type of offer to help these businesses complete their initial plans.

Re: Cudo's to Mr. Vaslo
Plus, two buildings on Fort Street were purchased this year by people supposedly with plans for new businesses. Then they put them on the market. The old spanish mission style building at Fort Street and Southfield and the old Park Floor Covering Building. |

Hey, imagine that, a positive post for Frank Vaslo. He gets my thanks as well. Maybe someone should point out to Jujitsu and others that this site isn't what they make it out to be. |

Re: Cudo's to Mr. Vaslo
As I watched the meeting last night, I thought the same thing. This is the first time I can remember that I agreed with something Frank Vaslo had to say. |

Re: Cudo's to Mr. Vaslo
I am NOT a fan of Vaslo's in most cases but he was indeed right on with this. My concern is what has our Mayor or City Manager done to find out WHY they aren't moving here? I say the Mayor or City Manager because this is WHO should call - it's the most respectful avenue to take. Is there an underlying reason? Is it the economy? There could be a way to salvage this IF they would call and find out the real issue instead of speculating. My two cents.
