LPHS raises $765 for Katrina
For the past three days, a group of students from Lincoln Park High School have been going classroom to classroom with old milk jugs asking for change. Change, in this case, can mean two pennies or two dollars. The group is called Seeds for Hope. Seeds of Hope is raising money to help the agricultural chapters in New Orleans rebuild from the effects of Hurricane Katrina. The fundraising stops today. The group raised $765 in just three days collecting from the high school students. Good job!
