Why two remark sessions?
How does Mayor Brown rate getting two times to make remarks? He gets mayors remarks in the beginning and again at the end while residents are limited 5 minutes to get every concern addressed, how can this be fair?

Fair or not..... Our charter is set up this way. Actually residents have three minutes to address individual resolutions and then 5 minutes at the end of the meetings.

Yup. It's always been like that. Most of the time, he passes at the end. Maybe that's why you didn't notice it before. |

Sort of like the Prosecution in court. They always go first, but get to have the last word at the end.
