Why can't Lincoln Park have something like this?
I saw this and think it is a cracker-jack idea. Why can't Lincoln Park do something like this? Livonia Police prepare for citizen academy The Livonia Police Department is gearing up for its fall Citizens' Police Academy. Classes start Sept. 14 and continue every Wednesday from 7-9:30 p.m. until Dec. 7. The academy is open to residents or business owners who want to learn about their police department. Seating is limited, and applications are available at the front desk of the Police Department. For information, call Sgt. Tom Maher at (734) 466-2309.
