does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals, except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals during the registration process for the forums, chat rooms, business registration addition, polls, voting, or by e-mails sent requesting information be added to this site. In those instances, 360 Entertainment, LLC etal collects the following information directly, through its registration process: name, school attending, teacher's name, mailing address, business category, products offered, contact information, phone number, fax number, and E-mail address.
Provided we receive parental consent, any personally identifiable information collected by 360 Entertainment, LLC etal from children under 13 will be used only for 360 Entertainment, LLC purposes. This includes communication of such information to the school in which the child is enrolled, their participation in the forums, chat rooms, polls, voting, and content submitted by the child.
We also may use information for marketing purposes, to contact the student with information relating to information submitted, and for customer referrals as appropriate.
The parents of children under the age of 13 have the right to review and delete the child's personal information, and to refuse to permit further collection or use of the child's personal information by completing and returning the appropriate Optional Delete Form for Parents, which is provided here. This would result in the child being dropped from any registrations completed or currently in process.
