Road Work
Has anyone seen all the road work going on on Cleophus and Fort Park. Wow what a difference. I managed to drive down Fort Park yesterday and even without the new surface, it's smoother than its been in years. Kudos to the new City Administration. I hope they get it done before winter though. |

Re: Road Work
I hate the construction. A lot. Teenagers like me, with old "practice" cars, have to drive around on the construction every day. It's messing up my wheels! lol. Plus, I'm pretty much late for school every day because I have to go around all of the problematic roads. Yuck. |

Re: Road Work
I despise the roadwork. I try to avoid it at all costs. People don't know how to drive when there is road work going on. They think they can do whatever they want and not turn on their turn signals and what not. People act like fools around construction. It's a pain in my butt and the construction workers are looking pretty lazy to me. Every time I drive by I see them sitting down just talking to one another.

Re: Road Work
It's a pain for adults too. My normal route home is down Fort Street to Council and then down Fort Park to my street. This is to avoid all the traffic on Fort. (I am a granny driver by my own admission). I love it that Fort St., Fort Park, and Lafayette are under construction. Rant! Rant! Rant!
