 New Pics added: When will the Condos be completed?
Does anyone know when this condo project will be completed? Phase I is 13 condos. 13. How long does it take to build 13 condos? Last night at the council meeting they stated they are just started to build the parking lot. I think the new World Trade Center will be built before these things.

Hey at least you have people building in LP. In AP there will be zero new homes or condos built this year!

the conditions and the time frame that the condo are being built under are ripe for the formation of mold and other unhealthy environmental conditions. |

Here are pictures taken on Saturday, August 13th 2005 of the Condo Project. PS: Thank you for the link Lupin (camera Software). I updated the firmware and that did the trick. Thanks again. |

If the City had given the developer accurate prints for the sewer connector ,he would be further along. Hennesey didn't investigate properly .the developer had to put all that in. They think the one that was supposed to be there may be under the church.. I still think this developer will wind up suing the city before this is all over.
