I bought a used stove from Busens that ended up being defective. I called for a repair for after 3:30p and somehow it was put down as 3p. When Michael (the owner) came out I was not home and the only person here was a elderly disabled person who knew nothing of what was going on with this. Michael then proceeded to take out all the fuses in the fuses box even though they were not marked. By doing this my computer got fried. I contatced him about this and he stated that he's not responsible even though he was the one who pulled fuses. He refuses to have my computer fixed. I do not trust that company any more.

if you have the computer hooked up properly through a surge protector, i dont see how just pulling fuses would cause a problem. i have pulled fuses several times at my home and never had any problems with the computer. have you checked all the connections?

I have always gotten excellent merchandise and service from Busens.

I do not see how pulling fuses could have "fried" your computer. All it would have done was power it down. It would not have caused a power surge.

It is time for me to replace the tramisssion fluid in my car, perhaps I should try to get Busens to pay for this.

I have had fuses blown on the circuit my computer is on a few times and I have not had any damage to my computer. FWIW.

There is no way by turning off the power and turning it on by pulling fuses hurt your computer period . If it was that easy every time you accidentally pull the plug dose it kill your computer no!I think it was just a your bad luck that your computer took a dump at that time. I would not pay for it either .I go though this all the time it just bad luck on your part,or someone wanting something for nothing.
