Wally's Flower Shop Empty......
Many of you may have noticed that Wally's Flower Shop is gone, its a shame it had to happen Wally's has been in LP for over 50 years, I beleave. Anyways its a nice building, the Landlord is a pretty square guy, he seems easy to deal with. Robin this might be a good location for you Cyber Cafe' it doesn't have the best parking but it has some on the side, and I have about 4 available spots in the back. I would make a nice eat in Deli that makes good sandwhices and delivers, LP has many a good Pizza places that deliver but no good delis that deliver a good healthy samich. A nice day spa might work, that what the wife wants to do. Anyways its a nice building in pretty good shape I hope it doesn't sit empty for to long! Rocky |

I thought they had moved down Fort St. Did they close up altogether?

They were on the corner of Buckingham right? I thought it was odd not to see the Petals in Bloom truck speeding down the street. Its been about a month now. |

I live right down the street. Maybe they have to get the flowers there in 30 minutes or less or they are free. |

Re: Wally's Flower Shop Empty......
The guy who owned Wally's is my best friends son-in-law and he has two other flower shops. The one on Eureka which is named Pedals and Bloom and a Pedals in Allen Park on Allen Rd. He also has a shop in the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. He said he wasn't doing as well in Lincoln Park as he was in the others and the fact that he has a wife and 3 kids he was spreading himself to thin. |
