Dollar store in the old franks nursery building.

Has anyone been in this particular dollar store?
What a dump! I went in for the first time the other day and there was items laying on the floor as well as gum. I know most dollar stores aren't the cleanest, but this one has to take first prize for the dirtiest.

We visited this store during the summer after reading their sales ad. The item that was advertised for sale wasn't marked with the sales price at the store. So, after walking a few aisles we came up with the same conclusion and left.

Similarly, I went in once. Between the disorganization and mess, I was not able to find what I was looking for. I went on to the Dollar Tree at the Plaza.

Anyone have any suggestions how to get this store's appearance (inside organized) cleaned up? We want people to come to our businesses, but..

We went in one time and noticed some merchandise (especially in the food section) was not priced at a dollar. Even though the signs in the aisles were saying "Everything for a dollar"

We were not impressed with most of their merchandise throughout the store. We thought it was "cheap" stuff even at $1.00.

When we shop at dollar stores we prefer the Dollar Trees

well, for this if you contact the Michigan Attorney General's office that will come down hard on the retailer. Everything has to be sold for as they advertise.

I really think a 'Hall of Shame' would work. Other than that is this something falls under the guidelines of the Code Enforcement officer?

The dollar store in the Plaza by Farmer Jacks on Fort St is a nice place, Debby goes there all the time.
