New Equipment
I think the new Cable equipment is great. I'm glad to see the additional $5,000 was spent from the grants. Vaslo was right ,that money is in jeoprady we need to apply for more before it dries up. The City has to do the same in other areas because with all the cuts coming in Washinton ,we will eventually be getting less. If you don't spend it you loose it has always been the rule.

If they cut the Cable Franchise Fees going to the local municipalities, will LP be able to broadcast Council Meetings?

The franchise fee is stated on your bill. It is $3.00. That money will still be on your bill. It will just go to the cable companies and not to the city. (If I was informed correctley.) |
