Former Councilwoman Mondon questions defibrillator recall
Anyone else's stomach hurting?? Tonight we got a reminder of why Ms Mondon is a FORMER councilperson. When the council was about to vote on approving a bid for the fire department defibrillators, Ms Mondon just had to go to the podium. She pointed out that there is a massive recall of defibrillators. Then she asked the council to ensure we do not buy any defibrillators under recall. Is She Kidding Me???? Why would the manufacturer sell LP defibrillators that they are recalling? She the auto companies announce a recall, they do not keep selling cars with the same problem. A recall means to RECALL THE EQUIPMENT currently out on the market. WHen a manufacturer of any product announces a recall, they also recall that product which is currently on the shelf of retail outlets. When Ms Mondon first went to the podium, my eyes almost went back into my head. When she said what she had to say, my stomach hurt and it still hurts. Someone please tell her that her days in the public light are over. Take a seat Ms Mondon. We will let you know when we wish to hear from you. Just when I think perhaps women on city council isn't as bad as I believe it to be, along comes this women to reinforce my thoughts.

My wife said as V. Mondon was walking to the podium, "oh my God, I can't stand her".
