Tuesday Primary Predictions Downriver
These are my predictions for Contested seats. There are council races too but those are less conspicuous. LP Treasurer 1 - Sochocki 2 - Lulko Southgate Mayor 1 - Hall 2 - David Southgate Treasurer 1 - Gray 2 - Ganzberger Taylor Mayor 1 - Priebe 2 - Pitoniak

Did anyone see an announcement on any of the LP City signs announcing the Primary Election? Lincoln Park Days and late trash pickup due to the holiday are both alittle dated... What's up with that? |

I voted for my 6 council members even though it doesn't make a difference yet. I just want to see the tallies at the end of the day to see how things look. It's sort of like an official poll. |

I figure if I vote for Vaslo and Kandes, it will pad their numbers and they will think they are doing better than they really are and maybe not campaign as much before the actual election. See. |

Whomever comes out on top between Sochocki and Meyers has my vote in the General. Frankly, I wouldn't vote for Lulko if she was the only person running. Too much City Hall bagage with Ms Lulko...she is a big part of why this city is in the mess it is now. IMO |

I think that the race for Treasurer will be between Mr. Myers and Mr. Sochocki. For Taylor it will be Priebe over Pitoniak. Priebe did alot of good for that city and will again be Mayor.

Here's a small update: At 4:00 p.m. today..... there were only 568 voters and all of the absentee votes were in and that total is 909 We were at every vote office today...and there were very few people.... We will post the results as soon as we have them from City Hall..... I will call VS and he will post. Stay Tuned... |
