Speaking of lawsuits.............
Do the members here ever wonder what City Towing, specifically Tony Vizachero, did to cause such an uproar in Allen Park? Some of your Council knows.......................

So he has missed some meetings? If that's what was meant, that makes sense. I just don't understand it if the seat was "vacant". |

He should not be serving any City in any capacity. He got the boot off the Public Safety Commission in Allen Park, and deserved it. It's not over, he still has to answer when the next case comes up. I will be exposing what he did to my community very soon. He's disappeared alright. SEE YA!!! |

Ok, the city site has not been updated. I know they said that they had three vacancies to fill for former DDA board members of Tony Vizachero, John Kernan and Bryan Craddock. |

ok, I just doublechecked with Val Wynns, DDA Chairperson, on the DDA vacancies. She says that technically the board members are still there until they are replaced even though they have resigned. |

Right. That's what I was getting at. His seat isn't vacant. He may choose, as unwisely as he wants, not to come to meetings, but his seat isn't vacated until the board replaces him with someone else. |
