You said in another post that you would have the no parking signs removed from the north end. Thank you on behalf of the patrons for those business', but you created a mess. The no parking needs to be reinstituted for the last block before Southfield if not the last 2 blocks. People are parking in these last two blocks where the left lanes are closing creating one big bottleneck which leaves only one lane open right before Southfield, the third lane, and drivers craming into the the only open lane at the last minute from the left lanes because of the parked cars on the side of the road. It might not be a big deal at odd hours, but at 5pm when alot of us are trying to drive home, it's a problem. This needs to be reinstituted mainly for the reason of a traffic jam 3 blocks long and several close calls from people not paying attention that are driving in that far right lane. The last segment of the last block is no parking, but people are still parking before it, it leaves a real headache when you have 50 cars trying to get through on one lane there.

What is the solid white line mean? It is along Cicotte/University area of Fort Street. I say it is showing right turn lanes but Fred says it is showing where there is on-street parking.
