Rose Cafe
Seems like everytime I drive past this place it is closed, yet they have a huge open sign on it. Does anyone know anything about this place.

Re: Rose Cafe
There is a note on the front door, from Fort it looks like it says "closed for 2 weeks".

Re: Rose Cafe
I believe they are the same owners of the former restaurant. Their food was not that good. I would not go back. What LP needs is a really good middle eastern eatery like La Shish or Al-Berdouni. |

Re: Rose Cafe
I agree LP could use a real nice Middle Easter, or an Indian Resturant. I like the really strong garlic dishes, the kind that actually bring tears to your eyes. I tried Rose Cafe it was "ok" but not what I am use to. Rocky |

Re: Rose Cafe
I know it's not LP but Alex kabob on Eureka in Southgate is good in my opinion. I always like the deboned chicken myself and the hummous. |

Re: Rose Cafe
I seen a C21 Realtor sign in the door window. Does anyone know if they are selling or if this is an old sign?

Re: Rose Cafe
The last time I ate there, I thought it was pretty good food. That was a few weeks back. Alex Kebab House is very good. Go with the lamb kebab dinner! MMmmm I currently travel to Dearborn when I crave Inidan cuisine.

Re: Rose Cafe
I never tried the place but have a couple friends of mine who took their family there for dinner and didn't care for it. The realtor sign on the window is new. |

Re: Rose Cafe
I didn't get a chance to go there. When it first opened as Four Season's I was there a couple times a month. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. They would let you try a sample of something. I had never had felafel and they gave me one to try. When the new management ame in it went down hill very fast. I really wish this place will get a reliable eatery in. |
